We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – CQA (Design & Delivery) to support new product implementation technology transfer validation scale-up and commercial readiness across manufacturing locations.

The role will involve close coordination with R&D Quality Manufacturing Packaging Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely launch of new products.

• Coordinate project activities and pre-commercial readiness including FDA BOM PTD hardware and manufacturing unit readiness.

• Support NPD DTV extension and CQA line-extension projects at in-house and third-party manufacturing units.

• Drive technology transfer and product implementation activities across manufacturing sites.

• Provide product technology training to manufacturing units and participate in validation batches MPT DTV line and transit trials.

• Conduct hardware gap assessments and product/packaging risk assessments and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

• Prepare and review validation documents conduct validation activities compile reports and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.

• Support batch failure troubleshooting incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.

• Review CCFs and support deviation/exception assessment and escalation as per defined procedures.

• Coordinate new product roll-outs across multiple in-house and third-party manufacturing locations.

• Support development and implementation of defect classification standards for new products.

• Track project milestones deliverables compliance and closure timelines.

• Maintain project validation and technical documentation in accordance with defined standards.

• Leverage digital tools data analytics and AI-based solutions for project tracking troubleshooting and process improvement.

• Strong knowledge of product technology and manufacturing processes for cosmetics personal care or related products.

• Good understanding of NPD implementation technology transfer scale-up and validation.

• Strong problem-solving troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good project coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage technical documentation validation reports and data analysis.

• Understanding of quality systems deviations investigations and CAPA.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Exposure to digital tools data analytics and AI applications will be an advantage.

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Product Development Technology Transfer Manufacturing Scale-up Validation or CQA.

• Experience in Pharmaceutical Cosmetics Personal Care or FMCG industries preferred.

• Hands-on experience in NPD implementation validation scale-up and manufacturing troubleshooting will be highly preferred.

• Experience working with in-house as well as third-party manufacturing units will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in Cosmetics/Personal Care/FMCG/Pharma product technology technology transfer NPD implementation validation and manufacturing troubleshooting would be preferred.
