Initiating Legal Vetting of original property paper Reviewing/ Scrutiny of legal report for property verification Co- ordination with panel advocate Audit resolution for the department assists in the Audit Legal training session to the sales OPS and credit NAMDEV FINVEST LIMITED (Formerly Known as Namdev Finvest Private Limited) Managing all legal documents and report as per company guideline and Audit requirement Verification of document as well as cross verification of title clear report Investigation of legal fraud cases and taking necessary actions Physical verification of property document and suspected documents from legal statutory authorities Share legal opinions on cases Approval and recommendation of OTC/PDD and waiver. Legal Underwriting and amendment as per legal law.
