Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Drive machine reconditioning refurbishment and upgradation projects to extend equipment life and improve performance.
- Drive projects involving robotics material handling poka-yoke vision systems sensors interlocks and digital monitoring.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined cost quality safety and timeline requirements.
- Drive standardization and replication of successful automation and machine reengineering solutions across plants/processes.
Competencies / Experience
- 1520 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering machine automation machine maintenance machine building
- Strong hands-on experience in machine reconditioning retrofitting and upgradation
- Knowledge of PLC HMI VFD/servo drives sensors
- Knowledge of robotics pneumatic/hydraulic systems vision systems will be added advantage
