Assistant Collection Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Collection Telecaller to join our team. As a Collection Telecaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.

You will be expected to follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments and resolve customer queries related to payments billing and account status.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer conversations professionally and politely.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
