Assembly Fitter

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembly Fitter to join our production team in Ghaziabad UP. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1 to 8 years of experience to contribute their technical expertise to our operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the precision and quality of our assembly processes maintaining the high standards that our clients expect.

• Perform complex mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to ensure accurate fitting and alignment of components.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow efficiency and meet project timelines.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Document assembly progress and report any technical issues to the production supervisor promptly.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of assembly machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and throughput.

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in assembly and fitting roles; maximum of 8 years.
• Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools power tools and measuring instruments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical assembly challenges.
• High level of reliability and a proactive approach to task management.
