Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pharmaceutical sales team management and business development particularly in the Cardiac and Diabetic therapy segments.
Key Responsibilities
.

Lead motivate and manage a team of 4–5 Medical Executives.
.

Drive sales growth and achieve assigned business targets within the territory.
.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
.

Ensure effective doctor coverage and implementation of company strategies.
.

Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and field guidance.
.

Analyze market trends competitor activities and new business opportunities.
.

Plan and execute strategies to increase prescription generation and business growth.
.

Ensure regular reporting and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements
.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
.

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Area Manager/First-Line Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
.

Strong experience in the Cardiac and Diabetic therapy segments is mandatory.
.

Gastro therapy experience will be an added advantage.
.

Must have experience in handling a team of 4–5 Medical Executives.
.

Strong sales performance with experience in handling a good business volume.
.

Candidates with a stable career history preferably with experience in 1–2 organizations will be preferred.
.

Strong leadership communication team-management and business-development skills.
.

Good knowledge and exposure to the Amritsar pharmaceutical market will be preferred.

Maximum age: 35 years.
