Job Title : Asia ex-Japan Financing Team

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence by reviewing borrower financials projections industry trends and competitive positioning.
  
• Build and maintain financial models covering cash flow debt sizing returns sensitivity analysis and covenants.
  
• Prepare investment memos teasers pitchbooks and credit committee papers.
  
• Prepare monthly/quarterly transaction and portfolio reports and respond to stakeholder queries.
  
• Coordinate with Credit Risk Legal Compliance Tax and Finance teams to support transactions.
  
• Track transaction documentation covenant compliance trigger events and trade lifecycle milestones.
  
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify early signs of credit deterioration.
  
• Track macroeconomic and industry developments and communicate relevant insights to the team.

• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis accounting and corporate finance.
  
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  
• Experience in financial due diligence M&A valuation or credit diligence.
  
• Strong understanding of credit analysis debt structures and investment transactions.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
  
• Proactive dependable and able to work with limited supervision.
  
• Strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross-border teams.
  
• CFA Level I/II candidature or completion is desirable.
