Job Description:

Sales Achievement
- Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual sales revenue and distribution targets.
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution across outlets.
Team & Distributor Management
- Handle coach and motivate TSEs TSOs & ASEs and distributor teams.
- Ensure distributor ROI claim settlement and inventory hygiene.
Market Execution
- Implement visibility & initiatives as per company guidelines.
- Drive new outlet addition and range selling to strengthen market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics sharing insights with the RSM.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies pricing and trade schemes.
- Drive adoption of sales reporting systems trackers and compliance processes.
