Age Criteria: Maximum 38 Years

• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
• Drive sales performance and achieve regional business targets.
• Coach train and mentor team members to improve productivity.
• Develop and execute territory business plans.
• Build strong relationships with key doctors hospitals distributors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Ensure implementation of company strategies and compliance with reporting systems.

• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• minimum 2-4 years’ experience as an Area Manager. Preferably one managing higher volume of sales and having stability in one or two companies will be preferred.
• Candidate should be based at Nashik with relevant market experience.
• Experience in Gastro therapy is preferred.
• Should have handled a team of 4-5 Medical Executives.
• Candidates with strong sales performance higher business volume handling and stable career history (1-2 organizations) will be preferred.
• Maximum age: 38 years.
