Position: Area Manager

Experience: 3–4 years as an Area Manager
Manage and lead a team of 5 team members.
Drive sales performance and achieve assigned business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Ensure effective territory management and market coverage.
Monitor team performance provide field coaching and support team development.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.

3–4 years of experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Mandatory: Gastroenterology or Acute Therapy experience.
Experience managing a team of 5 members.
VOB handling experience of 10–15 lakh.
Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good territory management and sales execution capabilities.
