- Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement
- Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information
- Develop refine and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable data visualizations and support business decision-making
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements translating them into detailed technical specifications for Experience Cloud projects
- Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Experience Cloud initiatives
- Configure and customize Experience Cloud components including sites themes and page layouts to enhance user experience and brand alignment
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Experience Cloud implementations driving continuous improvement and system reliability
- Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys
- Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and solution design
- Experience Data Security Model configuration and management
- Experience Dashboards and Insights development
- Salesforce Lightning component development
- Salesforce Apex and Visualforce programming
- Salesforce integration tools and API utilization
- Site and theme customization within Experience Cloud
- Salesforce data modeling and architectural best practices
- User access management and sharing rule configuration
- Performance tuning and scalability optimization in Experience Cloud
- Proven experience with Salesforce Communities migration projects
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Shield for security and compliance
- Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication protocols within Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics for advanced reporting
- Agile project management methodologies applied to Salesforce delivery
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a closely related field
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant credential
- Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent relevant Salesforce certification
Experience Range: With at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture including 3 or more years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions Key Responsibilities:
