Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Functional Requirements

Experience in application support processes.
Basic understanding of Process Automation SDLC MESA ISA-95 and Manufacturing Operations.
Good functional knowledge of the manufacturing domain.
Support customer requirements and provide functional solutions within the Apriso MES environment.

Technical Requirements

Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso BPA / Apriso FlexNet MES.
Experience with Apriso 2018 or later versions.
Experience customizing Apriso using out-of-the-box User Controls and Business Components.
Strong experience implementing business logic using Apriso Process Builder.
Experience with Apriso Portal for master data configuration.
Good understanding of the Apriso FlexNet Data Object Model and SQL.
Experience with Business Integrator or middleware for integration with SAP and other enterprise applications.
Experience identifying and resolving performance issues in Apriso and databases.
Experience with Machine Integrator configuration and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of deployment and release management processes.

Key Responsibilities / Expectations

Play a key role in Apriso MES support rollouts and implement required customer-specific customizations.
Handle day-to-day development and implementation of customer requirements in the Apriso suite.
Support the team in resolving production issues and support enhancements.
Communicate effectively with customers internal teams and third-party vendors regarding issues solutions and deployments.
Track and maintain changes implemented in the system.
Take ownership of production go-live activities for assigned development work.
Troubleshoot and resolve Apriso application and integration issues.

Good to Have

Participation in at least one end-to-end Apriso MES implementation/support project.
Apriso BPA certification.
Apriso MES upgrade experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
