Job Description:
Effectively manage and process complaints and Vigilance reports which includes performing daily tasks associated with process including collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Collecting necessary complaint.
Performing follow up with the customer (written)
Determining reportability of complaints
Creating associate Regulatory reports (eg; MDRs) per regulations
Evaluating complaints for need to investigate and coordinating sample retrieval
Responding to customer complaints (written)
Timely closure of complaints as per procedure.
Effectively manage workflow identifying issues
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and projects as assigned
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent education required
Required skills:
Good Communication Skills in English (written and verbal)
Capable of working in highly-regulated environment
Proficient with basics in MS -OFFICE
