About the Role

We are looking forApprentice -Talent Acquisition to join the People eXperience team. You will work with the talent acquisition team and will report to Manager-Talent Acquisition.

A Day in the Life

• Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs. Discussand agree on the skill requirement & selection process
• Manage end to end recruitment process
• Well versed in business hiring
• Hands on experience in market mapping and building strong talent network in marketing and sales role
• Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance
• Manage the selection process to ensure best candidate experience
• Manage post offer candidate engagement to ensure seamless onboarding
• Contribute to the various Talent acquisition initiative & programs
  

Preferred Skills

• Bachelors/masters degree with 0-1 years of experience in recruitment for business roles.
• Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (job portal social media & employee referral)
• Experience in candidate assessment and management
• Ability to build & analyze reports
• Worked on multiple skills/roles
• Have strong candidate interviewing skills
• Understanding of recruitment process & systems
• Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence

Our Noida office is situated in a posh techspace equipped with various amenities to support our work environment. Here we follow a five-day work schedule allowing us to efficiently carry out our tasks and collaborate effectively within our team.

About Innovaccer

Innovaccer builds software that helps hospitals clinics and health insurance companies make sense of all the scattered data they deal with every day patient records appointments insurance claims lab results and turns it into something useful and actionable.

Think of a typical hospital: patient information often lives in a dozen different systems that dont talk to each other well. This causes delays in scheduling slows down doctors and makes it harder to catch health problems early. Innovaccers platform connects all of that data together and increasingly uses AI agents to actually do some of the manual work for healthcare teams things like scheduling appointments preparing insurance paperwork or drafting clinical notes so that staff can spend more time with patients and less time on admin work.

The company is also investing heavily in this direction: in June 2026 Innovaccer signed a multi-year partnership with AWS to run its AI agents at a much larger scale using AWSs cloud AI tools (Amazon Bedrock) and healthcare-specific data infrastructure (AWS HealthLake). This is a strong signal of where the platform and this engineering team is headed next.
