Position Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Global Operations department. This role provides exposure to a broad range of operational functions that support global financial markets including trading settlements reconciliations and systems operations.
You will gain hands-on experience in how transactions are processed monitored and controlled within a regulated environment. The position offers a strong foundation in back-office operations with insight into the systems processes and controls that ensure accuracy efficiency and compliance across financial products and markets.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Support daily operational processes across various financial products including trade processing settlements and transaction monitoring
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions maintaining high standards of data integrity
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems counterparties and external providers investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Monitor operational workflows and identify exceptions breaks or delays escalating issues where necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions processes and controls
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Trading Treasury Risk Client Services Technology) to resolve operational queries and improve workflows
- Liaise with external partners such as banks brokers exchanges or vendors to support day-to-day operations
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support system-related activities including testing implementation and ongoing optimization of operational tools
- Prepare reports and provide insights on volumes exceptions and key operational metrics

Early Careers Requirements
- Pursuing / / other relevant courses (e.g Finance Economics) from an accredited university
- Finishing university by July-August 2027
- Available for a January 2027 start on a full-time 6-month program
Working environment:
- 4 days in the office 1 day at home
