Apprentice F&B Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up restaurants banquet areas and service stations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the relevant departments.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Assist with buffet setup replenishment and clearing.
• Support banquet and event operations as required.
• Follow food safety hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Handle service equipment correctly and maintain it in good condition.

Qualifications :

Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or any other equivalent Qualification.
