Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer to provide technical support maintenance monitoring and troubleshooting for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users development teams infrastructure teams and external vendors to ensure application stability performance availability and adherence to service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide application support and incident resolution.
Monitor application health performance and availability.
Troubleshoot application database and integration issues.
Analyze logs SQL data and system behavior for root cause analysis.
Support deployments releases and configuration changes.
Coordinate with development QA infrastructure and vendor teams.
Maintain incident problem and change records in ticketing tools.
Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in on-call and production support activities.
Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.
