We are looking for an experienced engineer to create and maintain a robust management platform. This platform will be instrumental in optimizing control-room operations with an initial focus on Operator Desk and Video-wall functionalities. The engineer will work closely with our team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop a management platform using Ruby-on-Rails ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement features and functionalities for Operator Desk (KVM) and Video-walls ensuring seamless integration.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues ensuring a stable and reliable platform.
- Document the development process including code comments and technical documentation for future reference and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest Ruby-on-Rails frameworks and technologies and propose improvements to the platform.
- Work closely with the control-room operations team to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure the platforms security and data protection adhering to industry best practices and standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any platform-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ruby-on-Rails development with a strong understanding of the framework.
- Proficiency in web development including HTML CSS and JavaScript is essential.
- Experience with database management systems preferably PostgreSQL or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
