Application Development Specialist

What Youll Do

• Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React
• Collaborate with product managers designers and other developers
• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code
• Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

What Were Looking For

• 3-5 years experience in Java (Java version 8)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (REST APIs Spring MVC Spring Security)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with (functional components hooks state management)
• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript (ES6)
• Experience integrating frontend React apps with backend APIs
• Knowledge of RESTful web services and JSON
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.)
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven/Gradle)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP
• Familiarity with Redux Context API or other state management tools
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit Mockito Jest)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices

• Able to use relevant computer system applications at a basic level.
