Application Developer

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.
• Responsible for program design coding testing debugging and documentation.
• Technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
• Understands the business or function for which application is designed.
• Continually learn about new technologies generate new ideas and improve the use of modern technologies across our application portfolio.
• Utilize strong technical competencies and expertise to identify analyse and troubleshoot any production issues and maintain procedures that meet business user expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams & development teams to understand and provide automated solutions/fixes.
• Participate in SCRUM events and complete assigned items within the determined Sprint target.
• Meet with key stakeholders and follow up with action items for any workarounds necessary as per the nature of the requirements.

• Bachelor¹s or Masters Degree in Computer Science / Electronics or related field
• 1-3 Years total experience in IT related fields or through Internships
• Excellent communication verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

  • Proficient in designing developing and deploying scalable enterprise applications using framework Core.
  • Skilled in implementing RESTful APIs microservices architecture and integrating third-party services to enhance application functionality.
  • Strong understanding of C# MVC Entity Framework and LINQ for building robust backend systems.
• Semantic Kernel
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Semantic Kernel for integrating AI capabilities into applications using planner memory and skill modules.
  • Developed intelligent agents and workflows by orchestrating prompts and skills to enable contextual decision-making and automation.
  • Applied Semantic Kernel to bridge traditional programming with LLMs enhancing productivity and user experience in enterprise solutions.
• Generative AI (GenAI)
  • Expertise in leveraging GenAI models (e.g. OpenAI Azure OpenAI) to build intelligent solutions for content generation summarization and conversational interfaces.
  • Integrated GenAI into business applications to automate repetitive tasks improve customer engagement and drive innovation.
  • Familiar with prompt engineering model fine-tuning and ethical considerations in deploying GenAI solutions at scale.
