Hiring: Application Architect ServiceNow (HRSD)
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office (as per project requirement)
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect with strong expertise in end-to-end implementations and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions
Work extensively on HRSD module implementation and configuration
Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution design
Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture integration and platform governance
Guide development teams and provide technical leadership
Required Skills:
10 years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience as ServiceNow Architect
Proven expertise in HRSD module (mandatory)
Experience in designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Required Skills:
Manhattan Active WMS (Mandatory) Warehouse & Logistics domain expertise Functional Testing experience Business Transformation / Process Consulting Strong understanding of WMS processes (Inbound Outbound Inventory) UAT support test case creation & defect tracking
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Sciece Information Technology or related field
