Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for experienced Appian Developer responsible for designing building and maintaining enterprise low-code solutions on the Appian platform. Works with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable secure production-ready applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and develop end-to-end Appian applications: process models SAIL interfaces expression rules records sites and reports.
Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP web services OAuth JSON/XML) and integration objects.
Design and manage data models CDTs data stores and SQL queries for performance and integrity.
Implement security (roles/groups/rules) access control and compliance best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues perform performance tuning and optimization.
Produce technical designs specifications unit test cases and deployment documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies provide estimates and deliver sprint commitments.
Mentor junior developers perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/Git workflows).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:
38 years hands-on Appian development experience.
Strong SAIL process modeling expression rules record configuration and integration experience.
Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs OAuth JSON/XML and common integration patterns.
Solid SQL and relational database experience; experience with CDTs and data modeling.
Experience with Agile methodology and source control (Git).
Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

Good-to-Have:
Experience with Appian RPA Intelligent Document Processing or BPMN best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) containerization and enterprise deployments.
Appian Certified Associate Developer - Good to have
Prior experience integrating Appian with ERP/CRM/document management systems.
Performance tuning on enterprise-scale Appian implementations.
