Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Android Camera Framework Developer to join our Camera Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android Camera Framework multimedia technologies and native Android development. The role involves developing and optimizing camera solutions enhancing user experience troubleshooting complex issues and driving innovation in camera software technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain Android Camera Framework components and camera-related software solutions.
• Work closely with Camera2 API Camera Service modules Multimedia Frameworks and Video Codecs.
• Develop high-performance reusable and reliable software using Java C and JNI.
• Analyze and improve memory performance and power optimization aspects of camera applications.
• Develop and execute unit tests and automation test cases to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end camera features and enhancements.
• Debug troubleshoot and resolve field/customer issues efficiently.
• Contribute to research activities technical innovations patents technical papers and conference publications.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related field.
