We are tasked with offering transaction and advisory services along withexpert guidance to both domestic and foreign organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.

We are seeking anAnalyst to support the Indian Restructuring business. The position will be based in Mumbai or Delhi and will ultimately report to the Managing Directors within the Restructuring Practice. An Analyst will be responsible for the variousday-to-day procedures involved in the successful operation of the business and for ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

• Performing in-depth client competitor industry market and economy research

• To liaise with and provide feedback to company stakeholders lenders legal counsels employees and directors

• Contributing directly to the development of proposals presentations and publications

• To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports.

• To take ownership of work assignments and manage their own workload.

• To keep line managers appraised on progress.

• To assist and support other members of the team as required.

• To take an active part in the firm and demonstrate a can do approach.

• The job may involve travel to clients sites away from the Office.

Skills:

• Demonstrated track record of superior academic and work performance; demonstrated commitment to outstanding results

• Strong analytical comprehension and problem-solving skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to master new tasks quickly

• Dedication to teamwork demonstrated leadership potential and strong personal integrity

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to prioritise tasks work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment

• Flexibility to travel as needed

• Ability to manage confidential sensitive information

Requirements:

• 2-3 years post-graduate professional work experience.

• Financial or commercial experience in audit management accounting or similarpreferred.

• MBA Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration in Finance Accounting Economics Management (with a concentration in Finance) from an accredited college or university

• Bachelors degree in finance economics or similar.

• Strong academic track record.

• Ability to manage confidential sensitive information
