Where Youll Make a Difference

As a ReADI Analyst II you will play a critical role in safeguarding product quality ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting manufacturing sites and creative centers globally. Your expertise in Gas Chromatography (GC) Mass Spectrometry (MS) allergen testing and phthalate analysis will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products to customers while minimizing quality risks rejection costs and operational delays.

You will:

• Drive quality assurance across raw materials intermediates and finished products.

• Support global manufacturing plants and QC laboratories with technical expertise.

• Investigate quality deviations and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.

• Ensure compliance with internal specifications and external regulatory requirements.

• Partner with Quality R&D Vendor Quality and Operations teams worldwide to enable continuous improvement.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors Degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.

• 34 years of relevant experience in Quality Control Analytical Chemistry or Laboratory Operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).

• Knowledge of Organic Chemistry analytical testing methods and quality systems.

• Experience with SAP and data analysis tools.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced global environment.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

• Fluent English communication skills.

How Would You Stand Out

• Advanced expertise in GC-MS interpretation and troubleshooting.

• Experience with allergen and phthalate determination methodologies.

• Exposure to Power BI Power Automate Python SQL and SharePoint for data analytics and process automation.

• Experience supporting global QC laboratories or manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of food flavor fragrance chemical or life sciences industries.

• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.
