Job Summary
Role: EUC Software Support Senior Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented EUC Software Support Analyst to manage the administration support and lifecycle of end-user computing (EUC) software across the enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring software assets are properly licensed compliant and optimized while serving as a primary liaison between the organization and software vendors to maintain continuity compliance and cost efficiency.

Your key responsibilities:
Administer and support EUC software applications across the enterprise environment.
Manage software licensing including tracking usage ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate license inventories.
Coordinate software license renewals upgrades and contract terms to ensure uninterrupted service.
Act as the primary liaison with software vendors for licensing renewals support issues and contract inquiries.
Monitor software entitlement and usage to identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain documentation related to software assets licensing agreements and vendor communications.
Collaborate with IT procurement and security teams to ensure software aligns with organizational standards and policies.
Support audits and compliance reviews related to software licensing and asset management.
Skills and attributes for success:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting End User Computing (EUC) environments.
Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) and license management practices.
Experience working with software vendors and managing contracts or renewals.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple software portfolios and deadlines effectively.
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
Experience supporting enterprise software platforms such as Adobe Photoshop SurveyMonkey Smartsheet or similar tools.
Understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.
What we are looking for:
Highly motivated individuals with strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to balance compliance cost optimization and operational efficiency in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Shift Timings:
This position requires operating during 7 AM 4 PM (PST) Monday through Friday with flexibility to support vendor coordination and renewal cycles as required.
