Job Summary
Job Title : AM/Manager Finance
Experience : 4 to 10 Years
Location : Nhava Sheva Navi Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct General Ledger (GL) reviews reconciliations and trial balance verification.
- Monitor revenue costs profitability and perform variance analysis.
- Coordinate with operations sales procurement and treasury teams for financial activities.
- Ensure accurate billing processes commercial validations and revenue recognition.
- Monitor accounts receivable collections DSO and overdue payments.
- Manage accounts payable expense provisions and vendor-related financial transactions.
- Ensure proper accounting and tracking of inventory fixed assets and operational expenses.
- Support statutory audits internal audits tax audits and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with direct tax indirect tax FEMA Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support legal and compliance matters.
- Monitor internal controls prevent revenue leakage and improve financial processes.
- Support fund management cash flow monitoring and working capital optimization.
Requisites
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in month-end closing GL review reconciliations and financial controls.
- Knowledge of Budgeting Forecasting and Variance Analysis.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) and Working Capital Management.
- Experience in Statutory Compliance Direct Tax and Indirect Tax regulations.
- Familiarity with Audit Management Internal Controls and Regulatory Compliance.
- Knowledge of Inventory Accounting Fixed Asset Accounting and Cost Management.
- Understanding of logistics warehousing supply chain or operational finance processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict timelines.
