Job Summary

Job Title : AM/Manager Finance

Experience : 4 to 10 Years

Location : Nhava Sheva Navi Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform month-end quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare MIS reports financial statements and management reports.
  • Conduct General Ledger (GL) reviews reconciliations and trial balance verification.
  • Monitor revenue costs profitability and perform variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with operations sales procurement and treasury teams for financial activities.
  • Ensure accurate billing processes commercial validations and revenue recognition.
  • Monitor accounts receivable collections DSO and overdue payments.
  • Manage accounts payable expense provisions and vendor-related financial transactions.
  • Ensure proper accounting and tracking of inventory fixed assets and operational expenses.
  • Support statutory audits internal audits tax audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with direct tax indirect tax FEMA Companies Act and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support legal and compliance matters.
  • Monitor internal controls prevent revenue leakage and improve financial processes.
  • Support fund management cash flow monitoring and working capital optimization.

Requisites

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Finance and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience in month-end closing GL review reconciliations and financial controls.
  • Knowledge of Budgeting Forecasting and Variance Analysis.
  • Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) and Working Capital Management.
  • Experience in Statutory Compliance Direct Tax and Indirect Tax regulations.
  • Familiarity with Audit Management Internal Controls and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Accounting Fixed Asset Accounting and Cost Management.
  • Understanding of logistics warehousing supply chain or operational finance processes is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within strict timelines.
