AMDM MIS Reporting(Sales Support Formulation)

Job Summary

We are looking for an AM/DM – MIS Support (Africa) to support the Africa sales team through effective MIS management sales coordination order processing and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and support B2B & B2C sales activities for the Africa market.
- Maintain analyse and share sales MIS reports and business data.
- Provide backend support to the sales team for daily operations.
- Coordinate and track order placement order processing and order status.
- Follow up on customer payments/outstanding receivables.
- Provide end-to-end sales support and coordination with internal teams.
- Track sales performance orders collections and other key business metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Sales Head – Africa.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order-to-delivery processes.

Desired Profile

- Graduate/MBA in Sales Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in MIS Sales Coordination Sales Support or Business Operations.
- Strong skills in MS Excel data management and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience handling international/Africa market sales will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work with cross-functional teams.
