Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive channel sales across the assigned territory. The role involves expanding the dealer network increasing market penetration generating demand through influencers and achieving sales targets for Drychem India's product portfolio including Wall Putty Paints Textures and Tile Adhesives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge excellent relationship management skills and proven experience in channel sales within the building materials or construction chemicals industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
• Increase market share by identifying new business opportunities and developing new accounts.
• Drive sales of Wall Putty Paints Textures Tile Adhesives and other Drychem India products across the assigned market.

Channel Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers distributors retailers and channel partners.
• Encourage channel partners to maintain adequate inventory through demand generation and market activation.
• Support dealers with product training promotional activities and technical guidance to improve business performance.

Market Development

• Conduct regular market visits to improve market coverage and penetration.
• Generate demand through interactions with builders contractors architects engineers applicators and other key influencers.
• Conduct product demonstrations site visits and technical presentations to promote Drychem India's product range.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities pricing product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to improve market share and profitability.

Sales Planning & Execution

• Prepare territory-wise sales plans to maximize revenue and business growth.
• Ensure effective utilization of promotional budgets through ATL and BTL activities.
• Maintain an optimal product mix and pricing strategy based on market demand.

Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily weekly and monthly sales reports as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and market feedback through CRM or prescribed reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in Channel Sales.
• Experience in Construction Chemicals Building Materials Tile Adhesives Wall Putty Waterproofing Cement Paints Dry Mix Mortars or related industries is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate.
• MBA/PGDM or Diploma in Marketing Management will be an added advantage.
