Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Quality Operations supports execution of the enterprise Quality Performance
strategy through operational oversight process standardization and data accuracy. This role
provides direct leadership for HEDIS Abstractors ensuring consistent application of NCQA guidelines
and accuracy of abstraction across HEDIS and Stars measures. The Assistant Manager partners
closely with regional teams payers and internal quality leaders to optimize performance across
value-based care contracts. This position requires deep knowledge of HEDIS and Stars programs
supplemental data processes and value-based performance methodologies. The ideal candidate is
analytical detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced highly
collaborative environment.
