Job Description:

Develop unique and commercially viable jewellery designs for various collections.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends customer preferences and competitor products.
Create design concepts sketches CAD designs and technical specifications.
Coordinate with CAD merchandising manufacturing and quality teams for product development.
Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective.
Manage sample development and prototype approvals.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
Maintain design documentation and product records.
Support senior management in collection planning and product strategy.
Mentor and guide junior designers and design team members.
