We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Coimbatore . This is a full-time position suited for individuals with varied experience including freshers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process ensuring smooth and efficient boarding for all travellers.
- Baggage Handling: Safely manage and transport passengers luggage ensuring it is correctly loaded and unloaded from the aircraft.
- Flight Information Services: Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules delays and gate changes to ensure passengers stay informed.
- Customer Service: Address passengers inquiries and concerns courteously enhancing their travel experience by offering support and guidance.
- Safety Protocols Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff.
Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should possess clear communication skills in English and the local language as interaction with passengers is a key part of the role. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential for providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
