Required Skills:

Air Import Customer Service Coordinate and monitor air import shipments from origin to final delivery. Communicate with overseas agents airlines customs brokers and customers regarding shipment status. Handle pre-alerts arrival notices and shipment documentation. Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers. Resolve shipment delays discrepancies and operational issues. Coordinate customs clearance and delivery arrangements. Ensure compliance with airline customs and company regulations. Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems. Address customer inquiries complaints and service requests professionally. Pricing & Rate Management Obtain and negotiate freight rates with airlines co-loaders and overseas agents. Prepare competitive air freight quotations for customers and sales teams. Analyze market trends and carrier pricing to maintain competitive rates. Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets. Calculate freight costs surcharges and profitability. Support tender submissions and RFQ requests. Coordinate with carriers to secure space and special rates when required. Monitor rate validity and communicate changes to customers and internal teams.
