• Take responsibility for the complete delivery of enterprise AI ML and Generative AI projects from concept to production.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution roadmaps and technical execution plans.
• Collaborate with various groups including Product AI/ML Engineering Data Engineering Platform Engineering UX Security and Business.
• Manage hybrid Agile delivery using experimentation Kanban and Sprint-based execution.
• Drive AI governance Responsible AI reviews model evaluation release readiness and compliance.
• Coordinate LLM RAG vector search engineering AI agents copilots and knowledge-base releases.
• Monitor AI benchmarks including accuracy latency hallucination rate token cost adoption and business value.
• Build executive dashboards covering program health AI performance risks return on investment and adoption.
• Manage AI risks related to model behavior data quality privacy security compliance and scalability.
• Lead organizational change management and AI adoption initiatives.

• 12 years of Technical Program Management in a fast-paced delivery and execution environment
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in a live environment.
• Strong understanding of LLMs RAG vector databases engineering AI evaluation MLOps/LLMOps.
• Experience with Azure AI Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock Google Vertex AI or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with Jira Azure DevOps Workfront or equivalent tools.
• Expert knowledge in areas of AI Strategy Enterprise Program Management Techno-Functional Consulting AI Governance Business Process Transformation Client Management Risk Management
• Preferred skills/certifications: PMP SAFe Scrum or Agile certifications Cloud AI certifications (Azure AWS Google Cloud) Experience with AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI Experience leading enterprise AI transformation and business process modernization
