As part of our continued growth and product expansion initiatives we are looking for highly skilled and motivated Software Developers to join our enterprise product development team. Selected candidates will contribute to product development enhancements new module creation AI-powered initiatives application modernization programs and ongoing support and maintenance of our business application portfolio

Key Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise software applications using Core C# and Blazor in an Agile product development environment.
• Participate in the design and development of AI-enabled features and intelligent business solutions.
• Contribute to application modernization initiatives including migration from legacy platforms to technologies.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs integration services and scalable cloud-ready solutions.
• Understand business requirements and application workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Blazor and modern UI development practices.
• Adhere to coding standards and conduct unit testing integration testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Participate actively in Agile development process and communicate project status and progress effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of software application development experience using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience in Core and C# development.
• Experience in developing web applications using Blazor; equivalent experience in React Angular or will be considered as an alternative.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems messaging patterns and Azure Service Bus.
• Proficiency in MS SQL Server including queries stored procedures functions and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and Bootstrap.
• Strong grasp of software design principles object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Azure AI OpenAI APIs Microsoft Copilot or comparable AI platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with Git-based source control systems.
• Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Cloud Services Azure AI Services Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
• Experience in AI-assisted workflow automation and intelligent business applications.
• Exposure to AI agents chatbot development or enterprise AI integrations.
• Experience with Telerik UI components for Blazor or other modern UI frameworks.
• Experience working with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot Claude Code OpenAI Codex or Cursor.
• Experience writing test cases using NUnit.
