AI Enablement Lead

Job Description:

• Operational Standardization: Develop and implement standard work for AI projects creating templates project management rhythms and reporting structures for the five work streams.
• Strategy Alignment: Translate top-level business strategy into actionable project portfolios ensuring every AI initiative has clear measurable productivity targets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate inter-departmental communication between P&Ls and functional leaders to break down silos and encourage the sharing of best practices and reusable code/models.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of work streams flagging roadblocks to the Head of AI and providing the necessary support to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management or digital transformation within complex industrial environments.
• Strong change management skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of business process re-engineering and performance metrics.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science AI or Data Science or Equivalent.
