AI Automation Engineer

We are looking for a proactive AI Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in scripting DevOps and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will work on executing maintaining and optimizing AI-driven automation workflows to improve operational efficiency across MSP environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute and manage pre-built automation workflows (ticket triage user provisioning reporting etc.)
2. Develop and troubleshoot scripts using Python and PowerShell
3. Leverage automation and AI tools like Power Automate Zapier ChatGPT Copilot Claude N8N and Rewst
4. Collaborate with Service Delivery and Automation teams to identify and implement automation opportunities Document workflows for clarity scalability and repeatability
5. Monitor automation performance and ensure quality optimization and compliance
   
   

Qualifications

Bachelors degree

1 years of experience in DevOps scripting or workflow automation

Proficiency in Python and PowerShell

Strong understanding of REST APIs webhooks and JSON

Experience with predictive lead scoring (Marketing Hub Enterprise feature).

Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

Understanding of LLMs prompts and Generative AI concepts

Strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug end-to-end automation workflows
