Position: AGM / DGM – Direct Purchase

Role

Lead direct procurement of KSMs solvents APIs and intermediates for both R&D and commercial operations ensuring cost competitiveness quality and uninterrupted supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of KSMs solvents APIs and intermediates.
• Develop and manage domestic & international suppliers and alternate sources.
• Drive commercial negotiations cost savings contracts and payment terms.
• Support procurement requirements from R&D process development scale-up to commercial production.
• Ensure timely availability of critical materials and manage supply risks.
• Track market trends raw-material pricing and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with R&D QA Supply Chain Manufacturing and Finance teams.

Candidate Profile

• 15 years of relevant experience in API/Pharma/CDMO procurement.
• Strong exposure to KSMs solvents intermediates and direct purchase.
• Proven supplier development and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of API/chemical markets and supply chains.
• Experience in both R&D procurement and commercial sourcing.
• Strong leadership analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
