Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min 20 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Candidates from FMCG Food & Beverage Tea or Coffee industries

CTC: Upto 25 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Unit & Production Head to lead manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant operations production engineering maintenance quality and people management with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production and overall plant operations
- Oversee engineering and maintenance activities for the coffee manufacturing unit
- Drive productivity quality cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GMP FSSAI safety and statutory regulations
- Build mentor and lead high-performing manufacturing teams
