  • About the UNIT/ Unit Overview
  • This role supports DECO in enabling and scaling agile delivery across product and DevOpsoriented teams within the BMW IT landscape. The Scrum Master ensures effective application of Scrum and agile principles fosters highperforming selforganized teams and supports endtoend delivery across business IT and transformation initiatives.

  • You will act as Scrum Master for one agile team and enable highquality predictable delivery:
  • Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review Retrospective).
  • Ensure Scrum principles roles events and artifacts are understood applied and continuously improved.
  • Coach teams in selforganization crossfunctionality and continuous improvement.
  • Actively remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies in multistakeholder environments.
  • Support Product Owners (PDOs) in backlog refinement prioritization and sprint goal definition.
  • Foster transparency through agile metrics and artifacts (Sprint Goals Burndown/Burnup Flow Metrics).
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable followups.
  • Act as a change agent to promote an agile mindset across teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business IT and operations to align delivery with strategic objectives.
  • Agile Delivery & Team Enablement
  • Enable stable delivery flow and predictability across sprints and releases.
  • Support dependency and interface management in multiteam product teams (PMD ECM EBOM IND).
  • Coach teams in agile best practices.
  • Support transformation initiatives like Hub Collaboration.
  • Delivery & Support model:
  • Support model: Standard Business Hours 5x9 (Mo - Fr 08:00 17:00 (CET/CEST DST included).
  • What should you bring along
  • Expected skill Sets and experience that the candidates should bring along.
  • Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Several years of experience as Scrum Master Agile Coach or agile delivery role.
  • Strong background in IT / software development or DevOps environments.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum and solid knowledge of Kanban and scaled agile concepts.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management in complex enterprise setups.
  • Strong servantleadership mindset with excellent communication and moderation skills.
  • Structured solutionoriented working style and high level of ownership.
  • Additional Skills:
  • Scrum framework (roles events artifacts).
  • Agile facilitation and moderation techniques.
  • Backlog and delivery tracking (JIRA / Confluence).
  • Agile metrics (Velocity Lead Time Cycle Time Flow Metrics).
  • Risk and dependency management in multiteam setups.
  • Professional communication skills (English required).
  • Must have technical skill

  • ReAct CoT Scratchpads Planner/Executor patterns
  • LangChain / LlamaIndex / Haystack
  • RAG Embeddings Vectorstores

  • Good to have technical skills
  • Experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe LeSS Nexus).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices CI/CD and IT service operations.
  • Automotive or enterprise IT domain experience.
  • Agile certifications (PSM I/II CSM SAFe Scrum Master)
