Qualifications
- Technical Leadership
- Lead the architecture design and development of microservices and APIs using .NET 8.
- Define coding standards best practices and design patterns for the team.
- Provide technical mentorship and perform design/code reviews.
- Workflow Orchestration (Orkes Conductor) - good to have but not a deal breaker
- Design and implement workflow-driven microservices using Orkes Conductor.
- Develop task workers event handlers and workflow definitions.
- Integrate Conductor workflows with microservices and APIs.
- Optimize workflow execution retry logic and failure handling strategies.
- Architecture & Integration
- Work closely with architects to evolve system design for high availability scalability and observability.
- Integrate backend services with cloud-native components (Azure preferred).
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD containerization and deployment automation (Kubernetes Docker).
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Participate in sprint planning estimation and technical roadmap discussions.
- Ensure code quality performance and reliability through automated testing and monitoring.
