Job Summary
What Youll Do
Program Delivery & Execution
- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.
- Adapt plans as business priorities technical constraints and delivery needs change.
- Work with engineering teams across the SDLC from planning through release.
Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering Product Operations and business stakeholders to align scope priorities milestones and dependencies.
- Lead cross-team and cross-geography collaboration to support execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder forums decisions and action-item follow-through.
Program Governance & Communications
- Maintain program governance cadence reviews and stakeholder communications.
- Track analyze and present program metrics KPIs risks issues and progress updates.
- Support process improvements and governance mechanisms that improve execution quality and predictability.
Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify risks blockers and dependencies early then drive mitigation or resolution plans.
Tools & Agile Ways of Working
- Use Jira or equivalent tools to manage workflows track progress and maintain visibility.
- Work within Scrum and/or Kanban structures supporting delivery rhythm and ceremonies.
What You Bring
- 6 years of professional experience including 3 years in program or project management in software product or SaaS environments.
- Experience working with software engineering teams as a Program Manager or Scrum Master.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs in geographically distributed organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for teams and senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or equivalent program/project management tools.
- Ability to work within Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Software industry background preferably in B2B SaaS.
Even Better If You Have
- Experience in GRC risk management compliance or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with the full SDLC through production release and engineering collaboration.
- CSM or PSM I certification.
- Exposure to cross-geography collaboration especially US and India time zones.
