Job Summary
Counselling & Guidance: Interact with prospective students and parents via phone email or in-person to provide detailed information about academic programs eligibility criteria fee structures and campus facilities.
Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries and leads maintain accurate records in the system and actively convert inquiries into active admissions.
Process Coordination: Assist candidates with form completion document verification fee collection and overall onboarding requirements.
Education: Bachelors degree in Education Business Administration Communication or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in counselling student recruitment or academic administration.
Skills: Strong persuasive communication active listening proficiency in managing CRM/database entry and a client-focused approach.
