As the Administration Specialist you will oversee and manage all administrative functions of Satara Plant Sirwal Panchgani holiday home & rented warehouse to ensure smooth operations of business. You will play a key role in supporting business objectives maintaining compliance and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities in this role :

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations including facility management office supplies and vendor management.
• Oversee security housekeeping Canteen and cafeteria services to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
• Manage physical security systems (CCTV access control alarms)
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage budgets for administrative expenses and optimize cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies statutory regulations and safety standards with all admin related services.
• Liaise with government authorities local bodies and service providers as required.
• Support HR in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
• Maintain records contracts and documentation for audits and internal controls.
• Implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and service quality.
• Manage holiday homes ensure proper maintenance booking and employee welfare.
• Administer warehouse operations including upkeep and compliance.
• Own Garden Management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in business administration Management or related field.
• 7 years of experience in administration preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance safety and labor laws.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle emergencies.
• Knowledge of Marathi (as language of communication) will be helpful.
• Good English verbal & written communication is required.
