Description: The Admin provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and to assist staff and leadership. This role manages scheduling communications records office logistics and basic financial tasks while maintaining confidentiality professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations including reception mail supplies and facilities coordination.
Coordinate calendars schedule appointments organize meetings and arrange domestic and international travel.
Prepare proofread and distribute correspondence reports presentations and meeting materials.
Maintain accurate records filing systems and electronic document management platforms.
Process invoices track expenses assist with basic bookkeeping and prepare expense reports.
Serve as primary contact for vendors contractors and service providers; support vendor management and procurement tasks.
Deliver excellent internal and external customer service; respond to inquiries and route communications appropriately.
Support onboarding for new employees coordinate office events and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient administrative procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
Proven experience using office productivity software and standard office equipment.
Strong organizational communication and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
