Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:


Vendor Management:

o Identify negotiate and manage contracts with office vendors (supplies maintenance services etc.)

o Ensure quality and timely delivery of goods/services.

o Maintain healthy vendor relationships and conduct periodic performance reviews.


Facility & Housekeeping Management:


o Supervise daily housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the premises.

o Monitor the maintenance and repair of office infrastructure utilities and equipment.


Security Management:


o Oversee office security services including managing guards and surveillance systems.

o Ensure implementation of access control and emergency procedures.


Administrative Operations:


o Manage office supplies and inventory.

o Coordinate with departments for logistics meeting room setups and support services.

o Maintain administrative records files and documentation.


Compliance and Safety:


o Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to facility and administration.

o Monitor workplace safety protocols and emergency preparedness.


Support Functions:


o Assist HR and other departments in organizing events travel arrangements and employee onboarding logistics.

o Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks and support management as needed.
