Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to join our team at Fourways Holidays and Rentals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a travel agency and be capable of handling daily administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration and support.

Handle travel bookings vendor coordination and itinerary documentation.

Maintain client records and travel files.

Coordinate with tour operators hotel partners and logistics vendors.

Assist in invoicing payments and maintaining financial records.

Ensure smooth functioning of the office and address any operational issues.

Respond to emails calls and follow up with clients when required.

Maintain stock of office supplies and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a travel agency.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
