Job Summary
Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable & Receivable Generate and manage accurate invoices (domestic & international) Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prepare and present weekly financial & MIS reports Analyze and track profit margins for orders/projects Handle bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny Monitor cash flow payments and collections Work on international transactions (US/UK accounts) including currency handling Manage and track transactions related to Alibaba portal Handle shipping/logistics accounting including DHL accounts
