REPORTS TO: Director-Finance

WORKPLACE TYPE:Onsite

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including AP AR journal entries bank postings and GL maintenance.
• Process vendor invoices employee expense claims and payments with proper approvals and supporting documentation.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register calculate depreciation/amortization and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Handle intercompany transactions treasury activities banking coordination and cash flow support.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST TDS Income Tax Customs and other statutory requirements.
• Support statutory audits tax audits GST audits and regulatory assessments by providing required documentation and information.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What we are looking for

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com).

3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounts preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good knowledge of accounting principles financial processes and statutory compliances including GST TDS Income Tax and Customs.

Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems preferably SAP.

Strong analytical communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and meet deadlines.
