Position: Service Engineer
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances service experience preferred)
Qualification: Diploma or Degree (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or any relevant discipline)
Salary: 18000 – 25000 per month
Location: Ernakulam / Trivandrum / Thrissur / Manjeri / Kottayam

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing or customer support for consumer electronics/home appliances.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting repair and technical diagnosis skills for home appliances/electronic products.
• Good communication customer handling skills and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install service and repair home appliances and electronic products.
• Diagnose faults carry out repairs and replace defective parts as required.
• Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Maintain service reports warranty documentation and service records.
• Deliver quality after-sales service while following company standards and safety procedures.
